The hack roms gave him, to put it in a way, a second life Not just Mario games but Sonic and the games that made hack roms I hope the hack roms community continues for many more generations and years
I've been contemplating learning how to rom-hack to remake the classic levels in the Mario World engine, but it looks like it has already been done. Do any of these rom hacks allow you to use the cape and Yoshi in the classic levels?

I would thoroughly appreciate another, but using the exact backgrounds ripped from SMB1 All-Stars. I love the All-Stars version, but having no world map makes it much worse IMO. I chose to complete the GBC colour version over it due to the fact it had a map and you could reppay levels.

@@Retromantra I want to eventually test some of these out. Watching your romhack videos added to my Rom hack backlog but I enjoy them all.
It's good, but the world map on Retro Bris. V2/V1 is better (but even that could do with a little more detail).
