isnt it a crime that he isnt in the hall of fame? great singer/songwriter and an amazing performer whos music has stood the test of time and is enjoyed by every age group

I am a 43 year old man who first heard this song sometime around 1974, its beautiful. Neils voice has an unusual quality about it with sincerity and depth of emotion.
I have a question for the ladies; do women feel they can tell something about a mans character just by hearing his voice? I have a feeling that women have an inborn attraction to a mans voice when its "warm", like Neils voice.
Listening to much of Neil Diamond's music is beyond mere musing - meditative, transcendent, spiritual, therapeutic.

My best number when I was seventeen. Hats off Neil Diamond, still listening at 57 yrs of age.
I used to really like this real beautiful girl back in my high school days but she would have nothing to do with me. This song brings back memories of those days of woe and disception. but I saw her 45 years later at our high school reunion and I am glad I married my high seet heart whom I met during that same year that the first girl rejected me. Oh well, that is the way things were meant to be. No regrets.

i just saw him tonight in Tulsa at the BOK center. We didn't have good seats cause you couldn't see him well but you could see him on the screens. He didn't sing a bunch of songs but he sang Sweet Caroline. Everybody loves that song.
