@@insaneyogurt4993 for most adults, even getting past a minute on a dead hang is respectable. obv for kids it’s going to be much easier and for lighter people as well. based on the fact that you said you are unfit, i am inclined to think you are lighter than average hence the 50 sec timing. looking at the dad in this video, he’s relatively muscular and hence heavier as well, thus i would consider his feat of hanging for 100 seconds with a baby mad impressive. but that’s just my opinion 🤷♂️

Just look at the end, he had so little struggle doing it that he even did an extra push-up, my father, of which is far past his prime, could probably do it for 2-3 minutes and take a 5 minute break and do 2 sets of 5 deadlifts at 80-100 pounds on each side of the bar whilst having some energy to spare
