How To Grow And Save Your Edges Under A Wig
Hello, in this video I give tips on how you have grown and saved your edges under a wig and your weave. Sometimes when it comes to wearing wigs and weaves we don't give our actual hair underneath the care that it needs. So watch this video for the top 4 tips I give that will help you save or just take better care of your edges.

Also, a few tips I didn't mention in the video is:
- Make sure your bonnets and headscarves are not too tight!
The tension that the bonnets and headscarf can have on your edges, especially rubbing them and possibly moving at night might affect your edges over time.
- Take a break from doing the Bald Cap Method
Time & Time again I am hearing girls stating that their edges are thinning over time from doing this method. A lot of holding spray and glue that is used to deal the cap to your hairline can dry out your hair really bad! Wich in time can lead to your edges thinking out.
- Is it something internal? Go See a dermatologist
Sometimes hair loss can be from medications, trauma, stress, your diet, or other underlying health issues. If you have thyroid problems, because of the hormone imbalance. Hormones help to regulate nearly every function in the body, including hair growth.
- Pregnancy
Following pregnancy, you might have a hormone imbalance. Your edges might have thinned out because the hormone imbalance affects hair growth. Like the rest of your body recovers, so will your hair follicles. The hair loss is only temporary - your hair will grow back.
