Maybe even build a separate communal area that all your trains connect to, and that’s where the saloon is where you play poker and get together for cave runs/wyvern egg collecting/parkor stuff Evo builds/etc.

Could be done similar to the “100 days” videos where patrons are given time to prep before attacking the train? It could be a fun video, however people, even patrons, can be unpredictable.

Coffins are very old west. You see them a lot in western movies/games (usually at the undertaker’s). In real life, there are pictures of killed outlaws in their coffins as proof of their deaths. You can have the coffins stand up in the game, too. They are also a spawn point, like a bed.
A thing that you did miss is the full potential of the plant pot. Its just for aesthetics, but if you use it with the shovel you can actually place any foliage from the map wherever you'd like! Its really neat! So you can have cactus gardens with the bushes from around the area to decorate your base :D Also, the shovel will additionally give a 30% bonus to crop plot plant growth ^.^
during ark survival evolved's lifetime, absolutely NOBODY other than 2-3 people on the forums pointed out that dlcs are actually introducing P2W to the ark. If this nitrado fiasco and some other stuff they did wouldn't raise a red flag, nobody would complain about this dlc. I also dont understand why people treat ARK as if it's a top tier pvp game. IT's NOT. It's maybe worst game to pvp. You build days if not months to lose it all in an hour when you're offline. It's a tower defense game not PVP.
I think the people who were worried about the Oasissaur being a paid to win thing can relax now. You can only revive one creature every 24hours. It does not fight so it cannot defend it self. Building space is very limited on it and you need to sacrifice a creature in order to tame it. But still a cool creature.

Obviously, wildcard delayed and delayed to a point where the community was grateful for everything but they definetly smashed it with Scorched earth. i was expecting just updated textures, the fasolasuchus and some small changes but reworked ruins, new caves and a lot more oasis-feeling for free (kinda, if you paid 45 dollars) was absolutely amazing. and then for 30 dollars you get this? wow, train tracks, a lot new skins, structures, Oasisaur, and then obviously AB and EXT content. Imma say it: absolutely worth it. When playing through the story In ASE i spent 30 days on Scorched, but with BOBs Ark Tall Tales, i could imagine spending 50-100 days building a huge western style town with traintracks going around the ark. Scorched Earth doesnt feel empty now like it used to, i like that :D hopefully i can say this sentence a few more times: good job woldcard, you did not disappoint ;)

Tried first time with Rex regular saddles yeah it didn't go well hahaha now im going with Theris ascendant saddles 👍 Cant wait to move to scorched then ab so im up to date with content coming out. Hopefully this week i finish the island.
Awesome! The fact that so much utility is built into these items is amazing. very different from Conan Exiles where their paid dlc is expensive and does literally nothing. This is SO worth getting.

I’m just devastated that she didn’t come over to Ascended, but I understand, though. People put her through a lot of crap, and she’s a very nice lady who did all that amazing work for FREE (or just donations - of which she didn’t make a lot).
Omg, I’ve been mostly listening to these while I was working, but while Axe was showing the treasure chest, there were tumbleweeds! If Syntac, Axe, or Evo pointed that out, I completely missed it, but that’s pretty immersive.

Yes it is. Vet player Herr and I wasn't going to buy it because of all the problems with ASA, but my mate bought it for me and I love the building textures, lamps, etc. My only complaint is all the outfits are for guys. Nothing for females, not even a saloon girl dress and all the hats make you bald. 😊
Steam is showing me that Scorched Earth is free and only the skins and theme stuff is part of the NZ$49 DLC. That means that the DLC which doesn't even actually give you the original game expansions is a single dollar off the video game price cap I instituted for myself because of the sheer number of recent full price AAA games that have been complete garbage, let alone the NZ$75 base game that barely runs for most people and is hardly any better than the original. I know it's the basis of most of your income but I admire your ability to remain positive about this game.

He’s referring to the paid dlc of Bob’s Tall Tales. The maps are free, but the dlc is not. Sounds like it is a sort of package that has stuff that will be released during each of the three maps as they come out though.

This is the only reason schourched came out on time. They wanted to start the paywall asap. All of this, and I mean ALL OF IT, should be in the base game, which, let us not forget isn't even CLOSE to being finished. I'll consider getting DLCs if/when they actually finish the base game. It's greedy and insulting.

The other 3 quit the game or the server mid game. JB finished the modded version. Axeman is good on his own server with his own style.
You all have to be in the same tribe for it to work, sadly you can't share/connect rails from 2 different tribes

The bell summons your tames to come to defend the base on aggressive.
They should add more specific themed dlc for different architecture. Like imagine a vampire pack with githic buildings and a dracula outfit.
Or like pirates or something with big boats.
I bought it and haven't even moved off the island yet and can still use the stuff. Carno island train here we go!

Just so you know the oasisaur is not with the dlc its with the base game.
If you don't buy the dlc you can't tame it nor interact with it at all.
I'll have to look again on my single player but I am able to force tame it on there without the dlc. I'll be trying to do it legit when I can though.
