Oh my! You two are soooooo much fun & I totally enjoy your videos! HOWEVER, my family is from Colo & LOVED it when it was the best kept secret in the world! It’s sad to see it getting so crowded & busy! Tooooo many people in our gorgeous State! Don’t talk it up toooo much, tee hee! Let’s keep it from getting too crazy! Be safe!
Wind along the front range is always a problem, ya'll are nestled right up against the hog backs where record wind speeds are a possibility. Hope you're not caught in the snow storm that was predicted 03/13-14-2024. Take us on a hike up the Waterton Canyon while you are there.
OMG! We hate the wind too! You'll never find us on a sailboat either, LoL!! Loved Barkley's crossed piggies! It's funny when our Carl is in his crate (we call it the hole) he sticks his front legs out and crosses them. It's like an inmate watching the warden walking around LoL!! 🤣
OMGOSH Colorado dryness and the altitude always gets to me. Migraines are the worst helps with the scenery though. Love the travels along the Colorado river, we love the trip through Bryers Canyon and Hot Sulfur Springs, to Grandby. The train whistling through the canyon is awesome.
Late winter and early spring on the front range of Colorado can be crazy windy. In college I the 70s at CSU, I played an intramural softball game in 70 mph winds. We put all three outfielders in the right field at different distances from home plate. The wind is only negative thing my wife and I found about living here. Fortunately, we bought our house 15 years ago or I don’t think we could afford to move here.
I came across on I70 and hit that snow and cold weather with chains required for commercial vehicles middle of January. That's always a tough drive. Then all the way across Nebraska it can be closed too o I 80. Used to drive regularly to Cheyenne to see my parents. We loved camping in vida vieus (sp?) Natnl Park. They do rock climbing there on weekends. Between Laramie and Cheyenne. Loved WY camping. Lots to see.
Hi guys. Did you beat the snow? I saw Denver was supposed to be hit hard. Did that one camp site have a cover over the picnic table? Never seen that. Those views were beautiful you were filming. Do most of places you stop at have any cell service? Thanks!
Hope everything goes well with Barkley! Our Rusty gets his shots in two weeks and will get his teeth cleaned after his blood work results. Safe travels!
dehydration and caffeine withdraw is an instant migraine...if you have to have caffeine to get started then you're addicted...addiction comes in all packages
O have a 12 year old dog got extremely ill in her 11th year. Please do not do that anesthesia with deep cleaning to your dogs teeth. Your making a mistake. It's not necessary. Google it and the dangers
Same. We just had our 11 year old Dachshund put under for a deep teeth cleaning and she had 2 severe seizures after waking up. Had to stay the night at the vet and cost several hundred dollars. Scared the crap out of us.
Very exciting video 📹. The scenery is breathtaking 😍 ❤. See you on the next one adventurers ❤😊.
Barkley is lucky to have such GREAT DOG PARENTS!!!
Thank you!
Barkley looked like he was hog tied from behind with his legs crossed like that..😂😂
New sub here. Being a paramedic I don't have the opportunity to travel much. After the shift I enjoy going on journeys with the both of you!
Thanks for tuning in, and we hope we're able to portray our journey well!
@@LivingLargeCampingyour doing well.

If you ever get a chance to take a quick side trip, give Woodland Park a visit. I'm biased because I live here. Its name says it all. Love your posts.
We'll have to check it out next time!

Dogs sure are the funniest, and glad to know I'm not the only one who hates wind!
A great video once again. You both are amazing. Love Barkley's little face. Be careful and safe. God Bless
Thank you!
Train coming through was so awesome.
Agreed!
My wife and I float the upper Colorado around State Bridge to fish. The winery float, while not fishing, sounds fun.
I also have to add, another great video. I really enjoyed this.
So beautiful! Looks more like Utah than I imagined Colorado to look and a vineyard too! Thanks

Glad I'm not the only one, and agreed on the trains!
Nice video. Pizza, beer, some TV chillin' in the Lance. Good times. Not rushing? Absolutely correct. Good luck Barkley, it'll be okay.
It sure was a relaxing one, thanks for watching!
Just discovered you guys reel on IG! Happy that we found some fellow travelers! Excited to catch up on your videos! -Cody
Love all the walking. Getting out like that is so good. Have a nice week. Stay safe.
Absolutely stunning scenery!!
Agreed!
You capture Colorado beautifully. Anxiously waiting on a foot of ❄️!
Nice video. Great scenery. Always a pleasure to watch your journeys. I hope Barkley does well at the vet.😊
He was a rockstar!
Nice

70 mph is crazy! I would have lost it, but we did love living in Colorado
Amazing video! Thank you for taking us along with you. :)
Thanks for watching!

It sure becomes dicey quick, glad we missed the bad stuff!

It looks like you guys are at Chatfield. Love that park and was there in a huge snowstorm one time. It was beautiful
We had a couple inches there but nothing too crazy!
Hope everything goes well with Barkley! Our Rusty gets his shots in two weeks and will get his teeth cleaned after his blood work results. Safe travels!
He's done now and recovering like a champ!
Great video
Beautiful area guys, we used to hike years ago we got lost also😂🌄🇺🇸
It happens to the best of us!
Beautiful scenery while driving to your next destination. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
I live here in Northern Colorado and its March 13th. snowy/raining❤❤
We've seen the crazy snow coming through!
Can you say the name of that first campground with the train and mountain view. Looked amazing!
Need to go up on top of the grand Mesa, and camp on the side of the mountain where you look cross the valley
That would be gorgeous!
It was probably altitude sickness.
dehydration and caffeine withdraw is an instant migraine...if you have to have caffeine to get started then you're addicted...addiction comes in all packages
Colorado can be have weird weather anytime.
Best of luck to Mr. Barkley at the dentist 👊🏻 🦷 👍🏼
Thank you, Robert! He's healing quickly!
