This is HANDS DOWN the best stocking stuffer guide ive seen! Most of these things i do and my mom did for us. But some i didnt think of and i love it! Thanks!
Great ideas! My girls are grown. I have a teen son and a 9 year-old son. I put candy in all 4 stockings. We usually do the little things of cotton candy and hot chocolate Keurig pods or hot chocolate bombs. We do a whole lot of the same things as you, so I won't list those, but ladt year, we also put the Bath & Body Works wallflower refills in our girls' stockings, plus trial size skincare from The Ordinary and nail polish. They were 20 and 24 last year but I'm still doing stockings for them. Our boys were 17 and 8 and we got them matchbox cars and stress ball toys and other fidget toys. I can't remember everything. Our older son is autistic and still likes toys, so we still get him toys. We put a little screaming goat in one of our girls' stockings last year and she loved it. I haven't started buying for this year yet, but I plan to get the usual practical stuff that we usually get plus the candy plus a few fun things, like usual.
I love this, so true too the amount of sheer junk kids get is insane! Some other ideas ive had is sunglasses, torches, bath toys magnifying glass, yoyo, deck of cards or small games, puzzle books and regular books too
Great ideas and all I already do. No more crap but things we need and use anyway. I also include small gift cards for coffee. And lotto tickets (my kiddos are teens) they like to scratch and if they win we trade in and give them the couple dollars . I do still add bubbles (I have a home daycare so the bubbles do get used) and silly string cause it’s tradition for a silly string fight
A coffee gift card is great for older kids! I had a freak silly string accident as a kid and i'm terrified of it now...lol but bubbles is a great idea.
Thank you so much for this video! I love all ideas that are useful, practical, and make my kids feel happy. For our girls, I like to include a bottle of nail polish. I should add nail polish remover too. I really like your shampoo idea - that takes up some room in those giant stockings! We do a lot of the same things, but you gave me some fun, new ideas - including ideas for gifts for our nieces. I really appreciate it! Thanks again for sharing ideas that are affordable. ❤❤❤
Do you not find that the kids need the new mittens/gloves before Christmas time? My kids outgrow theirs every year and I usually buy larger sizes at the end of winter when they are on sale and they start using that new pair by late October. Where I live in Ontario it’s not uncommon for it to snow on Halloween - though this year was surprisingly warm.
We're a 3 mitten family. 2 big waterproof pairs so theres always a dry pair, and a smaller pair we call "car mitts" which aren't for playing the snow, but for in the car. So they often get 2 pairs at the beginning of the season and 1 for Christmas. We live in Northern Ontario, so i understand the mitten issue.
Overconsumption for kids is out of control and way over priced! AirPods I’ve seen it I’m like woah 😳 it’s like birthday parties it’s insane 😅 thanks for this video super helpful!

I'm so glad you liked it! Stocking stuffers are one of my favorite gifts to shop for.
I agree! In almost 20 years of mothering, this is the best guide I’ve seen. 🎉❤
Thank you!!

It’s so much fun to see what little things they get excited about!

Oh nail polish is a great one. I would put that under the "hygiene" section. But my girls love nail polish too.
