Has there ever been a day when Judge Boyd did not need to ask the gallery to be quiet? NOBODY should be having conversations in the court. I have been in many courtrooms, and I have never seen this kind of behavior.
@@FollowingfromafarBooth-jz4jq But they aren't the ones talking.😂 I was recently in Judge Simpson's court (just as a spectator), and you could hear a pin drop.
I'm not sure if missing teeth would change the sound that much, but I'd be curious WHY she lost them. Injury or infection could have also damaged her tongue or throat.
Unbelievable. You trade jail for probation. If you're too lazy to follow through, it's time for jail. Not only was his phone broke, his mailbox was too
My middle brother couldn’t wipe his nose without mom. I predicted if she died, he’d be dead in less than a year. That was exactly what happened. Mama’s boy. Not a man.
I’ve heard judge Simpson say that in a different way. He sent a defendant back to “get his story straight with his lawyer” and to come back with a better story.
I am not referring to this case. It seems a massive percentage of cases are due to not following conditions of probation. They are not about new crimes, if your on parole or deferred adjudication for five years, it's hard. That's a long to have outsiders control your life. These people on parole often aren't the best at self-control. I know they bought it on themselves, but I am wondering if the system doesn't set many up for failure. I can't imagine being told I can have a beer or a glass of wine for five years. That you have to report often to your parole office, so they can control parts of your life. Perhaps parole and deferred could be for a shorter period like a year in most cases. I haven't committed a single crime in my more than 50 years on this earth. I know if I did and I was on some form of parole I would fail miserably.
That's why often defendants get another chance. She even does compliance hearing so there's no motion to revoke. When underline crime is serious or violations are extreme, then her tolerance levels are low. Such cases gain more traction on RUclips. but Judge Boyd always says she doesn't run a zero tolerant court.
My phone works for texts, which are brief, but my service often drops calls. Calls last longer and take more bandwidth. But he could have found a way to get in contact.
In the background is a female attorney dressed in a short yellow jumper with white blouse. Her black patent-leather shoes with white lace sock are totally inappropriate professional attire, not only for a court room but also for someone who looks to be 50-years-old.
Why are there so many different channels with this judge’s court proceedings? Does she have her own channel? Who owns this content? I’d like to watch this on the correct channel. Thank you!
Yeah, but that’s a specific alternative to “my phone isn’t working “ and the judge can’t say, “Well, was everyone around you for all this time were without functioning phones?” This judge is old enough to remember when cellular phones were not common, and those that had one were protective of their minutes-no unlimited plans basically. You didn’t hand over your phone for someone else to use, and “roaming charges” were horrible, even just 30 miles away in another county.
Even with the mask down I could barely understand the mum. Mum should not have been up talk ing to the judge like the lawyer was thinking . Oh deary me
Some medications destroy teeth. It happened to me and I've always taken excellent care of my teeth. My jaw teeth would break off at the gum line. The others just started melting down until they are gone. Due to my poor health, I haven't been able to see a dentist. The majority of my doctors come to my home to see me. Just saying sometimes teeth loss isn't from lack of care. Btw, I didn't mean to be rude if I came across that way. I was just telling my experience. I still can't totally grasp how my teeth just disintegrated. I still have 6 that are in the process of disintegrating. It makes eating a real challenge. It's also embarrassing. I hope to get dentures soon. Finances are an issue on 😥
What a pathetic loser. His mother was no help but judge still gave him a choice which I DESPISE. Probation means nothing, obviously, or she wouldn’t keep giving these losers chances!!
WELL IT SEEMS THAT HIM AND HIS MOTHER HAVE REHEARSED WHAT THEY ARE SAYING TOO JUDGE BOYD! ALL THE STANDARD PHRASES. AND IF I PICKED UP ON IT, IM SURE THE JUDGE DID AS WELL! “ SO, GOOD LUCK TO YA!”
Best line ever: “…time will still pass whether you’re doing what you’re supposed to do, or not.”
Moms, quit babying your grown children.
Judge Boyd is the best!
34 years old and can't function without mommie. Good grief 😔
There is no shortage of sub 40-year-olds just like this.
I have never seen such a weak generation such as this.
If it rains, they drown.😒
42 and still reach out to my mother when I'm going through a tough time.
That is how god made him.
A grown man and his mommy. Just sad.
There seem to be a lot of adults who lack the ability to function in a normal society without committing crimes. Scary thought.
It is scary but they have always been with us.
Tis life. We only see these things on these channels, but most people aren’t that way. There will always be some that are this way.
He should get a job and buy his mother some dentures.
Silver fox attorney guy has funny facial expressions next to the mom.
34 year old man still living with his Mommy. How tragic for the Mother. Grow up sir.
love Judge Boyd, nothing gets past her
How can they understand her
Yeah, it’s her lack of teeth hindering her word articulation. And probably why she had her mask on.
Tell him to shut up. He is not helping himself.
"He has neices and nephews galore." I'm sure he does.😂
Thanks ,made my day
Lady in the yellow...stop it!!
She looks like she is wearing a child's jumper and the shoes and socks are that of a 5 year old. Ugh. Spongebob Squaredress 😂

I think this felony courtroom has a multi purpose designation. There are computer monitors ( guessing they are “desks” ) that the state uses.

To the middle aged woman in the background wearing a bright yellow jumper dress, ankle socks, and mary jane shoes. I have questions.
Are you going to ask where she shops? She’s available for consultations. 😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣😍

Not a clue what the mom said.
Omg, thought it was just me. Judge asked her to pull her mask down like that was the problem…it’s the fact that she has 1.5 teeth 😩
Turn on closed captioning for your translation of what she's saying.
'Mom' should try using consonants instead of just vowel sounds. She sounds just as muffled with the mask off as she does with it on.
Could be because she has not front teeth.
@@sentimentalwoman4540 That could certainly be the problem. 😃
there is that EVERYONE PLEASE WHISPER SH%T AGAIN!!!!!
That poor mom she doesn't deserve this

Sometimes I would like to hear the judge say, "Let's adjourn for 15 minutes, so you can come up with a better lie."
I’ve heard judge Simpson say that in a different way. He sent a defendant back to “get his story straight with his lawyer” and to come back with a better story.
A steady liar. Takes no responsibility for his laziness and ineptitude
This guy is Not the Sharpest Light bulb in the Tool Shed.
Did you hear his mom. Apple didn't fall far from that tree
It should be, the guy is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Can't hear probation either
03:04 Did the judge ask him why he didn't go to a pay phone??? Those haven't existed for years!
She usually says 'Good Luck' to people at the end . . . 😒
Pay Phone, 2024 ?😂
Good Call.
Don’t start whining out how long it takes.
Be Grateful she didn’t give you five yrs. State prison.
Jeez…
The defendant should just stop talking..so he can get there face to face, but not in Person?! And I can text but not Zoom...SMH.
Is it just me or is the woman in the yellow dress, in the background, trying hard to stay on camera? Doesn’t she have work to do? lol
The old woman can barely speak.
My phone works for texts, which are brief, but my service often drops calls. Calls last longer and take more bandwidth. But he could have found a way to get in contact.

I agree. Maybe she's the Door Dash Driver who just showed up to take everybody's lunch order?🤣🤣🤣
she looks like a short bus cheer leader
Why is the audio on these court telecasts so bad lately? Not just this channel but most court case channels. Thankyou.
Did anyone catch what his mother was saying?
Turn on closed captioning, bit in essence she said he was working, and has lots of love and support. She also said he was doing drugs in tne past.

I was wondering why on earth a person would wear such a short dress and then bend over in full view of the camera. Intentional?

still can't understand mom with the mask down, maybe taking care of her teeth when she had them might have helped.
