  • Hello Namaste yogis!!
    This class is Vinyasa meaning Flow of asanas. We will have dynamic postures from one to another. We generally don’t hold the pose, since everybody is practising in my class from Beginners to advance practitioners I believe this will gain an immense amount of strength in you.
    Remember don’t give up! You can do way beyond this. However, this class will not only gain strength but will help you to sculpt and tone your body.
    STRENGTH is what we need it right!
    It brings stability so Don’t miss it.
    After the class you can relax the way you want like practising pranayam or savasana upto you.
