I thought the taser shot you with 2 cables that sparked you, not that it freaking harpooned you.
Keep in mind it's designed to be fired at people wearing clothes. Imagine them as wearing cloth or leather armor if you will.

Luckily the phantom cameras technically are constantly recording and when you press the button it’s saving the last 4 or so seconds (depending on settings) so as long as you press it after the event you got it

Yup. The needles are weighted to ensure they can travel the distance and maintain enough velocity to pierce the skin and thin clothing. Aside from the needle having a tiny barb similar to a fishhook (though a Taser barb is MUCH smaller) it’s no worse than getting the average flu shot.

My dad was a cop all his life and when his borough first started using tasers and pepper spray all the cops had to take a shot from them to understand how they feel and he said pepper spray hurts a million times worse lol
Well, the purpose of a taser is to stun the target through electrocution. With pepper spray, it's necessary for the spray to induce intense pain. Plus pepper spray lingers for a long time. I imagine a taser might cause some sore muscles but nothing especially bad.

I kinda know a bit about tasers. When you pull the trigger, compressed gas gets set off and then at the edge of where the prongs shoot out of, I think a lot of electricity goes from up, to down causing the prongs to electrocute you, I could be wrong all I know is that compressed gas and a spark of electricity goes up from down.

I got into a fight with some security guards at the casino, I was plastered drunk and my friend told me that they tazed me, and the first taze was unsuccessful, so 2 of them tazed me at the same time, one on each side. I was tazed by two guards simultaneously!! Haha glad I don't drink anymore, good times..

Ethan Jenkins there are 2 types of tazers: the one that was shown in the video(needles) are for when u are chasing someone and cant catch them u use this and the seconds type is for upclose
many people incorrectly use "taser" as a generic term for cheap stun guns that require direct contact (the ones that produce a loud snap and electrical arc). Actual Taser devices can be used either with the cartridge, or as contact weapons if you remove the cartridge.
12799MaDeuce they use different incapacitation systems too. Stun guns use pain and tasers use NMI or neuro muscular incapacitation. Big difference
