Sorry had to wait till I was home to double check its rustoleum 2x ultra matte rustic pink! I usually use the ballet slipper (? Maybe 🤣) one for my light pink but they were out and I got this instead and I love it!

Question..Do you not sand in between coats and before apply vinyl?
I do not sand unless absolutely necessary if all coats are being done back to back it's unnecessary to sand. If the cup has sat coated long enough to hard cure then you need to sand.
