Hii,i tried it out yesterday using shan .The malai of it was yummy but i feel the balls lack that normal paneer texture and taste,its more of a cake taste.I felt like i made malai cake instead of rasmalai.
Please make sure oil is 3 table spoons otherwise the dough wont form. Also don't leave the rasmalai on stove for too long as they will eventually start breaking. Keep checking. Fill the tray till all of the rasmalai's are fully soaked in the milk otherwise it will be dry from the top. Add Five elaichis to the milk while it's boiling.
I tried this box today and sadly the balls didn't come out soft at all or coo through like shown in the video. I don't know what I did wrong. Followed the instructions on the box. Please advise

Bring the milk to a boil. Put the balls into it. Cover with a lid and let it soak for a couple of hours if they are too hard. This would cause the rasmalai balls to soak the milk and become a bit softer comparatively.

Was liquidy. May be not add water but add some condense milk for thickness.

You can find many recipes on youtube for eggless rasmalai but for this pack I don't think eggs can be omitted :)
a little advice wisk the egg before adding in the mixture makes a gud difference

Mne bnayi sara mixture hath se chipak gya or itna sticky hgya tha sb zaya krna para mjhe
sorry to hear that..hands per oil ya water laga ker agar balls banayen tu sticky nahi hoga.. next time phir try kijiyega.. inshAllah theek banenge 😊
