This is a new one on me I have just started playing this. As Geof Muldaer once said when Paul plays 1,2,3 notes the music being played is so much better. And this just proves Geof was right. Great recording that needs to be released on cd. Long live the memory of the legendary Paul Butterfield.
It's not really off, but I don't think it was the best choice for this. The band is playing in the key of D, and Butterfield is playing in third position on a C harp. Third position sounds great on a lot of songs, but I think this would have been better served if he had played the more standard 2nd position (AKA "Cross Harp"), where he would have played a G harp instead.

Where's the rest of the tape? There's another Kooper era BS&T live from Boston albeit without Paul
Love PB, but are he and BS&T playing in the same key? Something is off.

Sounds like 'Something's Goin On...'
