The judge can not bar an individual from going to private property in such a case, without the owner of the property filing some kind of order.

However, this happened in the US. The situation isn't the same if it's a kid that isn't allowed to drink alcohol. For example, was he served alcohol at the premises? That could change the legal process.
Why are we becoming such an authoritarian country, the complete opposite of what our founding fathers wanted. The guy ran onto the field of a baseball game for pete sake, give him a ticket and tell him not to come back.

The US is practically a police state. With the amount of criminals around it's basically a must at this point.
In civilized countries we feel safe when we do *not* see police around. That means there is next to no crime. You can walk around my half a million population city all day and not see a single cop walking around, including in the city center.

Plead not guilty the next day in court... pretty sure that's you in the video, caught Red(s) handed. The news added that he goes to Ohio State and is on the Dean's list. That just goes to prove colleges these days are not turning out the brightest of persons!!!
Pretty basic court procedure. His attorney and the prosecutor will reach an agreement and he’ll plead guilty or plead no contest and be able to move on with his life.
Hope he does a bit of jail time. Stupid stunt. Could have been injured or worse. Others could have been injured. But, for me, the worst part was being a cocky little smartass in court. His parents should have done a better job. Kids do stupid things - but how is it no one told him to be respectful and remorseful in court.
Stupid stunt, and we will see something evil happen if these runs into field can continue. There has been 10 or so in European soccer championship games already, and the quarters just started. There will be someone with bad intentions if they can't be stopped altogether.
But I don't think he was too much of a smartass in court. The judge interacted with him in a funny way, and he just responded to that. He didn't clown up, stood up straight and didn't whine. Took what he was given, and that's it.

Not really. Why would he tackle someone he doesn't know? He could have had a knife or a gun. Using a taser is justified in this situation.
