I have been trying and each time i optimize for mobile the desktop gets thrown out of alignment. Its due for a client in 3 days and iv this problem the last 2 days. Any idea why? or any solution greatly appreciated Thanks

I think it’s fair to say that in recent years, most leading website builders have ‘borrowed’ some design features from each other. But this can be said for many other software types and platforms as web applications have become more standardised.
The 12-column grid format introduced by Twitter Bootstrap in the early 2010’s was probably the catalyst for this.
If you look at the Squarespace fluid engine, you will find other similarities.
I think it’s great news for designers and consumers as it makes it far easier to jump from one website builder platform to another 😊.
