That was a lovely day in the plane including visiting that wool mill and seeing that (half-scale) Spirograph "Moki". I don't know if you bought it, or if your wife knows how to spin wool, but I do and it's very relaxing! (And you'll get the wool for a jumper). The snowy weather was a surprise, but I suppose it's what you have to be prepared for. And having that portable power station would be most handy. Thank you for sharing parts of your lives with us. 🌻🌻🌻
That particular half size blanket was one Janet made and is for sale. Snow in April used to be common, so this was the way spring should be.

Nice flight, quite the trip for your Chec friends. I am also a pilot and Aircraft mechanic. The Belanca is a great aircraft I am sure they will make the long trip.
I feel your pain getting into that small cockpit. The weather tyrants have our spring messed up here too.
I didn't know people would fly over the ocean in a single engine plane. Learn something new every day.

They will go North through Newfoundland then to Greenland, Iceland, England and then over to Europe. Lots of little flights instead of a long trans Atlantic trip
