But I do see where you are coming from thinking it is in b flat major since there are two flats e flat and b flat but keep in mind that g minor has those same flats e flat and b flat.

Please, please, please, both minuets was composed by Christian Petzold!!!, nooo Bach, it appears in Anna Magdalena's book but that work and others works on that book has been writed for diferents composers, no all ot them from Bach.
