What a pretty Tank! I was lucky when I got mine. Went to the store for ember tetras and in the tank that had the tetras, they had 3 tiger badis, so I got one male and one female (my tank is too small for 2 males so i couldn't take all 3). I feed them by hand and they swim up when they see me! My tank has a lot of driftwood that forms connected caves and they have become so comfortable in the tank. They are so tiny with such lovely personalities
Thanks for the content, I want a badis but worry about disrupting shrimp in my tank and the effort of feeding them. I have a lot of snails and I saw that you do as well - do you find the badis control the shrimp population at all? Anyway, love the footage, I like getting to know how the fish will behave.
I wouldn't have these again. I tried 3 and they couldn't get on together. Fortunately the trio tank they was in on their own managed to divide themselves in a section each, so each one had own tank. Also the only other tank mates I could put into tank with was ramshorn snails. They even could get on with bigger tank mates. I liked them for appearance but not for their attitude with other tank mates
Sometimes you have to get out your own playbook to get any extra advantage to get some of the pe😂ple to hit that Subscription.... Mathematics wasn't the easiest part of my education but this is probably the best 1 + 1 ever , and hopefully the next 10k comes.10 X faster ....,..,..........😅
this must be one of the best fish profiles' channels on yt..I am happy to have stumbled into it
I have seen scarlet badis at my LFS but have hesitant due to their feeding behavior, so thank you for great overview. Love your videos.
Your tanks are gorgeous. I try and copy them in the landscape department.
