This is what we (America) needs, a common sense vehicle. I want LS with the package that gives you the heated seats and a few other features, sells for about $1,000 more.

The only trim (LS) worth buying and the motor has some zip with a decent torque 162. Give GM some credit their is no CVT onboard for 21K.........

3:18 Correction: the higher trims do NOT have a central armrest either.

Yep, got mine less then 2 months ago (Black). One correction, the collision alert warning will engage the braking if it needs to, then the next day there will be a lecture for you to read on the infotainment screen to pay attention.

How long do you think that three cylinder motor is going to last? No way would I spend 20 grand on a new car that only has a three cylinder in it and 137 hp.

People online say it's not gonna last but personally I haven't seen a problem with them. My Father bought a 2024 Trax base and has had it for 8 months with no problems so far. The 137 hp is weak but shockingly has some good low end torque

The 1.2L 3 cylinder motor has been in Chevys lineup since 2020 with the trailblazer and no (major) issues to report. The wet timing belt is a concern, GM should have used a timing chain........

@@crow_2k11beatsbydre8 I'm not going to 'disagree', but the owners manual does say it doesn't need changed until 150K miles or 15 years.

@@brianb815 the vehicles owner's manual benefits who the vehicle manufacturer, so when the vehicle manual says change your oil at 7500miles, you better change it before 7500 miles. Personally I would change the wet timing belt every 100k miles not 150k miles........

@@crow_2k11beatsbydre8 Again, I'm not "disagreeing", but for me personally, it's a moot point as I drive less then 5K per year.
