Very informative, thank you. Broadly, what would be the treatment for this. Is it mainly talking therapies or is your GP likely to prescribe medication?

Hello Dr Syl. Just discovered your videos , great content .
May I ask if it's generalised anxiety disorder if there are no concerns or worries mentally, but phisically I am feeling intense anxiety all the time in my chest (feel every heart beat) which started 2019 in January, which causes high blood pressure (up to 180) - (then there is obviosly a heart health concern ) before the day this started I had perfect bp. Got significant constant fatigue, problems with memory and focus as well as frequent headaches + really loud tinitus. Very slow cognitive processes compared to before this all started.
If it's not generalised anxiety disorder, which disorder these symptoms sounds like ? I know youtube cant make disgnosis and I will definitely get one but maybe you voukd show me the right direction. Would really appreciate it :)

Currently on 100 mg of Zoloft it is working thank god lol . I am seeing my dr this Friday of possibly using dose a little bit. I still get where my mind slightly is thinking thinking thinking anticipating threats a little which kind of really bothering me. Before meds tho I would break down crying at work cuz I think my bf was gonna break up with me or people hate me out of no where . It sucked so bad .

Hi. I lately notice that i see "eye floaters" so much more often than ussually, is this a red flag? I been diagnosed with generalized anxiety dissorder but im no longer on medication. My english is not very good. Thanks for the video

Eye floaters are normal. Not a sign of anxiety.
