Is PRP or amniotic injection good for treating Talar head fracture?

I developed sudden pain in my left leg and unable to put my foot down. I had pain and swelling. Ortho doctor based on X ray told i have stress fracture and also flat foot , foot deformation. After 3 months, the pain is almost gone but due to flat foot, i now suffer from plantar fascitis. My question is why did my arch collapse suddenly? Is it connected to stress fracture? Will i be able to regain my arch by exercise and by wearing custom made slippers with arch support? Kindly advise doctor. 🙏

I have pain in my foot but no swelling and bruising? And the pain isn’t crazy. And when I press down on my foot to see if there is a painful spot there isn’t one. Any idea what is causing this?

There are many things it can be. Most likely is an overuse injury, such as tendinitis. If ice and and anti-inflammatories don't help, get an x-ray.

By wearing new orthotics, could it result in a hairline fracture

Really informative video! I have pain when I press down on my fourth metatarsal bone. X ray didn’t show anything. But have pain when I bear weight on it. Should I purchase a walking boot?

Hard to say. If there’s no fracture a walking boot may be overkill. It also may be a soft tissue issue, such as a Morton’s neuroma. Recommend that you visit a podiatrist who can help get to the bottom of the issue.

Sounds like you my have the doctor order a MRI on it. MRI is able to see things normal xrays can't. I had pain on both 4th and 5th metatarsals and pain along the outside of my right foot. Xrays didn't show a Fracture. My doctor ordered them to conduct a MRI on it and MRI picked up several stress fractures

I've been experiencing foot pain and ankle discomfort on my right foot for more than a year. I got this injury while preparing for military selection and it has just ruined my dreams. Is there any way I can nurse my foot to 100% health by myself? A lot of people have been saying to put my foot in hot water every night to increase blood flow but this doesn't work. Some tips would be appreciated Doc

From my symptoms and research I particularly suspect a navicular stress fracture but I can't be sure

Depending on what you do for work, that might be the case. I hope it's not! That's just how long it takes bone to heal. Hope you feel better soon!
