No he's super lip syncing here. His voice on this song and photograph particularly stand out post nasal surgery so he'll lip sync them... probably also helps preserve his voice. But this is definitely a track 100%

Because of that, his nasal passage has less room which resulted in a much slimmer and raised sound present since the here and now record. This audio is his voice pre 09 (lowered and spacious) which is the same period used for photograph and burn it to the ground. Nickelback is about getting the best possible sound to the audience even if it means cheating a bit. He doesn't do it the whole show but on this track in particular, it is 100% synced likely as a transition period since he doesn't sync this song anymore
