Join Severe Weather Team9 Chief Meteorologist Jeff Oechslein' as he makes his Penne pasta with a vodka cream sauce.
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 shallots
1 cup Vodka
1 cup chicken stock
32 oz can crushed tomatoes
Salt & pepper
16 oz Penne Rigate pasta
½ cup of heavy cream
20 fresh basil leaves
