It reminds me when my friend, Mackenzie died....
She was going home and she was on a bridge and it collapsed and she drowned in the water underneath.
At school the next day, we were given articles about the incidents and I cried there to after school and to home. Mackenzie meant a lot to me.

Every time I hear about suicide, it makes me cry. A few years ago, I tried to kill myself. My life was horrible. I didn't really have anyone. But I thought about it. And I survived. I'm so happy I did. Things got better. I realized I have control over my life. So I decided to make it better. I got friends. I changed schools. I started over. I pushed through it. And you can too. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary situation. Even if you lost someone, it happens. Life is life. If you need help, please talk to someone. If not someone you know, me. Please. Don't do it. You won't even live to regret it.

My best friend killed herself due to bullying. When I found out that she died all I did was cry I didn't tell my parents until four days later. Over time I have become depressed. But I'm staying strong for my family and my friends. I miss her so much. She was my ride or die. She always seemed happy but it was a cover but I wish she would have told me I could have helped her but I was too late to help.

I used to listen to this when I was approaching my darker days two years ago. I have no idea how I found it the first time. I completely forgot about this song. Now, I'm probably doing the best I've ever been doing. I was trying to find songs for inspiration for lyrics on a halloween song I'm writing and this came up. I heard the intro and was instantly brought back (in a good way dont worry) to my past days of listening to this. I teared up. It is hard for me to believe that two years ago I listened to this when I was diagnosed with depression. Back then I thought I wouldn't get far. Now, here I am, doing better than ever, listening to this same song. Let me be proof that things do get better. I've made it through self harm (I haven't done it for 10 months), a mental hospital, and more. Things do get brighter. Trust me. :)

last year, my entire class, even grade( in the program I was in) hated me. It felt like I was drowning. There were almost 60 people, and out of them, I had about five that didn’t hate me, maybe ten. I never stopped to count. I wanted to die, but I never knew how to kill myself.
I’m going into a better school next year that I worked really hard to get into. I managed to wear through everyone’s hate. I made it, but it was so hard. Kids can be really cruel, as can teens and, well, anyone. I knew 12 was too young to die, but I wanted to cry myself to sleep every night. Please, talk to me if you need to. ANYONE.
