many things can bring suicidal thoughts, stress, pressure from school/family/ friends/ partners, feeling useless, feeling trapped/ alone, bulling, fights, arguments, rumours the list goes on, ive had suicidal thoughts but my friends have kept me going just having someone there to hold you and tell you everything will be fine and knowing that someone out there cares about you, stopped me but for others thats not enough they need professional help.

He fought for life and my mom told me he died with a smile on his face. Also my cousin went threw so much she killed herself. I had to watch my grandmother, dad, mom, older sister, younger sister, brother, and best friend all almost die. My older sister and best friend both tried overdosing. I remember being at home thinking how could they do that? They seemed so happy and now I'm in their position. I'm sitting here thinking about how I should leave because this world is painful and I'm smiling and everyone believes it. For everyone who is thinking about leaving, please don't. The thing that breaks my heart is that the counselors said the age gets younger and younger! What makes poor innocent people commit suicide! Hate, fake friends, break up?
many things can bring suicidal thoughts, stress, pressure from school/family/ friends/ partners, feeling useless, feeling trapped/ alone, bulling, fights, arguments, rumours the list goes on, ive had suicidal thoughts but my friends have kept me going just having someone there to hold you and tell you everything will be fine and knowing that someone out there cares about you, stopped me but for others thats not enough they need professional help.

Father death, mother abusing drugs (she's clean now) my sister physically and mentally abusing me, my mom never having anything good to say, everyone hating me, physical bullying, bullying, cyber bullying, the world comes crashing down on you and you feel hopeless. You feel like you're all alone under a cloud. It's like your suffocating. You try to breathe. But you're failing miserably

I had to watch my grandmother, dad, mom, older sister, younger sister, brother, and best friend all almost die. My older sister and best friend both tried overdosing. I remember being at home thinking how could they do that? They seemed so happy and now I'm in their position. Okay, I'll admit it: PLL brought me here.
But what keeps me coming back to this song is that it sums up my life story. All my life I've been trying to hold on when everything around me is closing in. My hope that life will get better has helped me fight suicidal tendencies, has urged me to work harder, and give back to the ones who are going through the same situations I'm going through. When I first heard this song, I completely broke down. I'm so grateful for this song.
I come to this song when I know I need to hold on, and today I broke down so many times. This song helped with a lot of the pain. I kind of had my life flash before my eyes and it reminded me why I need to hold on, just a little longer.

I love hearing people's story and then telling my own story sometimes, it's anonymous but you can relate to strangers more than friends and family. I get so sad when I hear this song , it reminds of the sandy hook babys that sadly had there life's token away at so little time. I lost someone very important to me, actually, 7 very important people in my life. ever since then, I have been very very depressed, and its not fun. I struggle with severe depression, and anxiety. This is gonna be the first day i listen to this, up until the day I die. It means more than a song to me, it keeps me alive. I have sibling/parent problems right now and that doesnt help either. so please, to everyone who thinks suicide is your way out, hold on, keep going!
