This song and the TON style mesh so perfectly. Anthony, you couldn't have gotten a better collaborator to do this with than Denis, he is the master of transposing a song from one style to another, especially TON. This was a huge win guys, great job!

Yeah the brilliancy of using the major chords against the minor was brilliant. It just sounds sadder in comparison to the original. The vocal harmonies also helped too.
You really capture the essence of what made Type O Negative such a great band.
I was going to say that the only element missing was the vocal harmonies from when Kenny & Josh would duet on the high notes, but then they did it at the very end of the song. They even threw in the trademark abrupt ending. They really hit all the key points.
I have to ask: Is your beard in homage to the great Leo Moracchioli. It looks awesome dude!

Not weird at all. Every new song that honors and spreads TON's heritage makes me deeply happy. It's ultimately brilliant that Anthony came up with such a great idea at some point. Of course these just sound like TON, but you know what? This a little bit bitter ear candy my soul needs, I don't give a single shit.
As a huge TON fan for 30 years now I can’t put to words how amazing this is. The sound, the different eras, the vocals, harmonies… I’m floored right now. To echo someone below, whenever it’s a “In the Style of TON” I’m psyched. But this was… wow

I've been an absolute fan of Type O Negative since a child. My mother introduced them to me. I remember the day I heard of Peter's passing. It absolutely broke me. I haven't heard anything that replicated his voice and their music this well until today. It gives me the feeling of Peter rising from the dead to sing for the last time and gives me one last chance to appreciate his work. Thank you guys. Seriously.
If you don't know them, I think you'll enjoy Sentenced. Not exactly Type O, but the instrumentals give the same slow, gloomy feel (At least their later works. They were Melodic Death Metal to start, Goth Metal to finish.)

This felt like you summoned Peter Steele from the dead as both of your vocal performances were absolutely spot on perfect even down to how Peter rolled his R's sometimes. What a perfect song to make in their style as well. This is definitely one of the best "in the style of" videos that you have made so far. I'm also glad that you collaborated with Denis Pauna, another musical genius like yourself. His ability to lower his voice slightly more (assuming it wasn't done digitally) really nailed those ultra low notes that Peter Steele was famous for. Absolutely fantastic job guys! I can't wait to see more collaborative videos between you two!

I like a lot of music and am familiar with both versions. This version is amazing and adds so much to the original! Type O is my all-time favorite band and also the o - symbol was my first tattoo. Thank these guys so much for adding to the homage and legacy of the greatest band ever.

It's been a while since I've listened to the original, and the cover that Violet did... didn't realize the original is closer to 4 minutes, not 7+ like you guys did. And the more I think about it, the more it feels like if the band had the chance, they would have actually thought of covering this song. It just goes really well with their mood and style.
