Wow, thank you so much for sharing that. He was an amazing subject that you interviewed so well. He definitely revealed the universal soul of motorcyclists (we call ourseves bikers here in the States). Your channel is the reason I love independent content creators and why I create my own on bornfreebiker113. You've earned another subscriber with me. I am currently testing European bikes for an epic trip in Europe in 2024. Looking at Triumphs right now and saw your Bobber review. So glad I found it but now I have to consider the Moto Guzzi after hearing him lavish such praise on it. As well as a stop in Cyprus. Keep up the good work and I have to run out now and find the book he spoke of. Sounds amazing.
That guy Nikos, what a great person to link up with. Full of knowledge, full of passion for bikes and a great use of the English language, made the video so enjoyable
It is amazing to visit Turkish portion of Cyprus Island. Turkish portion of this island is utterly magnificent in terms of the historical landmarks. Even though I am from Turkey, I have never been in Cyprus previously. Someday, I intend to explore the northern area of Cyprus. I ordinarily suggest each individual to explore Cyprus Island along with its historical glamour.
Man how lucky to meet Nikos! Absolutely awesome guy, talking so naturally on camera. Every word was pure gold. He's gonna freak out finding your video back catalogue, I think he'll be amazeded that you've got hundreds of them and they're all exactly what he's into. New pen pal for life Di! Great random spontaneous video from nothing, bike people rock but meeting Nikos was fate. If I'm ever in Cyprus I'll be looking out for him on the Guzzi. 👌👏👏👏 sharp shots by camera Iggy too 👍
The tick tock or u tube shorts you did with your child was amazing....ill bet your an awesome an loving mom, that any kid would be proud to have as a parent...
You are a star ✨. On day someone will say yes to "can I buy it". great job of editing and story telling with a good 👍 choice of music. Take care and enjoy the time you get to be there.
I just bought a V7 Stone 850. I’ve had many different brands of bikes over the years, from Japanese, to Harley and Triumph. I think this is my favorite bike, and it’s perfect for the type of riding I do at this stage of my life. I live in the States, and I’ve only known one other person that rode a Guzzi.
I'm sitting here in up state NY between Syracuse and Oneida, watching and enjoying this interview, when Nicoli mentions a book The perfect vehicle bu Malissa Holbrook Pierson..just recently arrived and is sitting on my coffee table in front of me .
I served for 7 months in 1988-1989 as a young man/Canadian Army Lieutenant heading a platoon stationed in Nicosia, Cyprus, responsible for 1/3 of the city on the Green Line - thank you for this video, you brought back some nice memories - the amazing landscape/buildings, the delicious food and the people. We, as soldiers, were allowed on both sides of the island. Nicos seems to be a great guy and a great ambassador for Cyprus and motorcycling there!! Maybe one day it will be united again. You look very happy and again, thank you for the nice video and enjoy your trip! Cheers, Ronny in Canada
Great episode! As a Moto Guzzi owner for 10 years I really enjoyed his enthusiasm about the brand. If you get hooked on the brand it will be hard to own just one.
Deimante I truly enjoy your your interview style, you are always very polite and respectful. Rather than talking over anyone you listen and seek to understand. Because of this everyone you meet and share with us enjoys their time with you as well as we do.
What a fantastic video to start the Cyprus series with. Thanks to this gentleman, we now know where we are and what to expect from you, if you find a bike and/or a custom shop, which i'm sure you will. Have fun and take care. S🇨🇭
Wonderful video, great interview, two people that truly love motorcycles. Seeing your face light up when he was talking about the pleasure of riding a motorcycle was beautiful to see, I suspect we will soon see a MotoGuzzi review 😜
Really interesting post and I enjoyed listening to the guy and feeling his passion for the bike. You are a great interviewer, because you know when to speak and don't try to talk over the person, you nod your head instead of constantly saying yes yes therefore giving the person room to speak. You make it about the subject and not yourself... Wonderful stuff👍..... Harry
What a lovely fellow is Nikos (sp?)! He is clearly a very nice guy and how serendipitous that you ran into him. These are the occurrences that make riding a motorcycle so wonderful.
I know right. I believe that when you have a goal your senses takes you where you have to be. Nikos (I’m not sure either how to spell it 😳) was an absolutely perfect rider to interview! Couldn’t manifest anyone better.
Nikos was spot on with the book 'The Perfect Vehicle : what is it about motorcycles' I read it when it came out and it's was an inspiration.... just as Di is today!
You can find motorcycle passionate gems like the guy all around Cyprus! I'm also a motorcycle rider living in Cyprus! I currently ride a Benelli TRK 502
Very good video Deimante. I’m not a fan of Moto Guzzi, but they are unique and look good. As the street photographer said, you are becoming a star, and it’s weird deserved. Cyprus sounds like a very interesting place. Hope got some riding in while there. Cheers and stay safe, Dan ✌️🏍🇨🇦
Such a great history of the island, looks amazing even though Nikos is in the same spot telling the stories you can imagine it all. Love these type of videos so much.
Evening Tomboy_a_bit. Sorry girl but I'm showing my age again. My heart strings still get pulled towards the old MG Calafornian. That looked sexy. Pity they could burst into flames should the rider so much as look at another bike! Great place to film this vid 👍. Till next week, safe enjoyable riding! 👌😊
I love these bikes, just wish you could have the option to pay for twin front discs !!! And I’d swap out the new eagle front light for a classic round one, otherwise it’s a perfect bike 🏍️
I think your interviews are getting better, of course it depends on the person you're interviewing but this was very relaxed and amusing. Barry Sheene replica helmet spotted.

I rode 350kg R18 and 375kg Street Glide 😅 I’m 175cm 56kg. When you ride you don’t feel the weight of the bike. The only tip you need is don’t park where you have to reverse it up the hill.
@@tomboyabit yes. Thats what im afraid about parking the bike. My height 168 cm and 65 kg. Im currently using 170+ kg bike. Planning to upgrade royal continental gt 650 which is like 230++kg something. If ladies can ride a big bike. Im sure i can do it 🙂

Excellent, it's sooo nice to see passion, especially about Moto Guzzi
The Perfect vehicle.
Is by far the best writing on motorcycling.
After 35 years and 28 bikes have found my bike . The enthralling V7.😊
Deimante found finally the Moto Guzzi Spirit, so great❤😊
So good!
The tick tock or u tube shorts you did with your child was amazing....ill bet your an awesome an loving mom, that any kid would be proud to have as a parent...
I hope so. I have an amazing child 🙏🏻

I agree with him about the bike and he is right about the book too. It's well worth a read (fellow 'Guzzi owner)
have to say this is one of my favorites you have done
Finally on a Moto-GuzzI... sweet! I love my V7 Stone. Can't wait until you get one for a full review.
Great guy. Wonderful encounter.

Wonderful English to explain the island. Well done that man.
Thank you for the scenery 😁
Great video with an interesting enthusiast (the two characteristics are not always found together!)
Nikos was spot on with the book 'The Perfect Vehicle : what is it about motorcycles'
I read it when it came out and it's was an inspiration.... just as Di is today!
That’s it, I’m convinced and just bought a book
You can find motorcycle passionate gems like the guy all around Cyprus! I'm also a motorcycle rider living in Cyprus! I currently ride a Benelli TRK 502
Nice to be in a warmer climate again (makes getting on a motorcycle just that bit easier).
Actually getting on the bike is a lot harder. As it is harder to find a bike.

Beautiful Bike. Beautiful Island
Yupp Love the look of the V100!
Such a great history of the island, looks amazing even though Nikos is in the same spot telling the stories you can imagine it all. Love these type of videos so much.
That’s how I felt too. Like he took me for a ride.
❤️

Thanks, it looks beautiful there
Nikos was great. I haven't tried a V7, but I think I will now.
I have the same machine, I agree with Nikos!
Great to hear he's a Guzzi fan
I love these bikes, just wish you could have the option to pay for twin front discs !!!

Cool bike, and a cool owner.
Really cool Barry Sheene helmet
Thank you both! Like zivania, this was a shot of the good stuff :)

Nicos was a true pleasure to interview. And a big fan of Barry Sheen!

Primo anno 20000km, ora a 1 anno e mezzo 30000km... Sempre top...
And never forget that Cyprus a member state of E.U. is the only state with a part under occupation from turkish army since 1974.
