This is the best cooker on the internet. His recipes are incredible.
We have a restaurant in Michigan that uses this same concept! It’s called Black Rock! Love that place to death, and they even have a similar compound butter.

Never had problems heating wet stones ? Always heard they’d split or blow up . Steak was gorgeous
I think that depends on the type of stone that's being used. I saw a video some time ago talking about the using the right type of stone, otherwise it's going to split. I forgot what type of stone though...
