@@MrNiceHk He's surprisingly slight in build when you meet him. He's also not the 6ft 1 he claims to be. I am 6ft 1.5 inches in my bare feet and I stood next to him and he looked around 5 ft 11 MAX to me. Listen I know it's hard to judge but weight-wise he looked around 12 stone. As I said he still looked slim and fit although retired, but he wasn't muscular at all.
I'm only around 3 inches taller but I'm a good 2 or 3 stone heavier even though I train 4 times per week!! If I was him I'd aim for Super Middle as he doesn't look powerful or strong enough to take the punches from a light heavy!!
Try that on a moving target.
