For those of you who have a VCore board with SMD LED solder pads (every VCore should have it, I think) -- you can get the most out of your clear switches.
Switches are Aliaz 80g. Dampened with two o-rings per key.
Enjoy another shitty video.
Link to LEDs I purchased (RGB Common Anode): www.ebay.com/itm/50-100pcs-12...
I have an K70 that I've been upgrading, already removed all the switches and led's, soldered in sockets so the board is now hotswap but man just trying to find a vid to help with soldering rgb smd's to to the board or which smd's would be a good fit is near impossible. This vid is the closest I've got and tell you what you're a legend for putting it out, doesn't help me but def going to help someone out there, good stuff mate.
Great!! I needed this! Thanks!
Que legal, obrigado
How is the whites on the RGB?
Does the keyboard has inbuilt controller for RGB modes?
Didn't see this until now. Yes, it does. If the board has the RGB pads then the firmware will support RGB LEDs.
Could you link me the LEDs you got? I just purchased a stack of them to fix my Ducky keyboard, I accidently broke one while desoldering my switches, thanks in advance, this is the only vid I can find regarding 3528 SMDs LEDs
For sure. I put a link in the description. Let me know if that helps.
Thatnks i need this
