I paid 19k for a Ultra LS 430 with 54k miles, perfect condition. I lowered the price 2k from what he wanted. I didnt mind paying 19 for a car i dont plan on selling 3 years later 0 problems. Heres advice go to the dealer and disable the motor for the steering wheel everytime you shut off or turn on the car. Just use it when you really need to move it.
I know it's been a while since you posted this, but the prices are increasing now. I'm a Benz owner for 20 years, but I'm seriously considering a tucked LS 430!
I actually went into buying mine not knowing everything but it worked out perfect. MY 04 SS package model ended up being actually the real deal. I lucked out. Thanks for making this video man!
i got mine for $7600 otd 170000 miles in middle of cali it was one of the cheapest in my area and i decided to pull the trigger before anyone got their hands on it, its roomy af fast too i love it
very good informational video just bought a 2005 one and only needed a new battery. interior problems i only have is the lock on right side of car is stuck and the sunroof buttons are messed up. car is too beautiful to not get it for a first car
I'm gonna have to show you the one I'm eyeing and my rationale for why I think they want just a little too much for what I should be paying. You have the knowledge for sure. Great video.
I noticed not much vlogs are being done on the 2007-2017 4th Gen LS460. I believe it's very underrated and is probably the best looking to date. Can you do a vlog on Features Options Problems!!!
Disagree with 2001 to 03 Ecru wood only in UL. I have a 02 CL with Ecru wood (arguably the best wood colour due to how well it tones with interior colours).
If it’s an Ultra luxury/ Custom luxury then the ecru is the most common interior color with black coming next than saddle being the most rare. If it’s a ML or Base model than that’s pretty rare I’ve never seen that before
But in general ultra luxury facelifts are pretty rare on their own, custom luxury’s are a little more common but still pretty rare comparatively speaking
These are great cars. I bought my first, 2004 in 2007 w/ 60k miles for $19k. Drove that to 210k miles and sold for $3.5k in 2018. It needed work done (timing belt, rear wheel bearings, mirrors, etc). I then picked up a 2003 with 100k miles for $6.5k. It had just had timing belt done and was super clean. Same color, silver. Work colleagues and neighbors thought it was the same car. I retired in 2019 and had time to work on it myself. I now do most of my own work (I did have timing belt, water pump, new radiator, etc done at 190k for $1500). What a great car to own to keep car ownership costs down. I keep everything working great. I’ve changed O2 sensors, door lock actuators, fixed faulty mirror switch, re-foamed speakers, and regular maintenance like breaks, oil changes, etc.. these are easy to work on because they are engineered so well. Great options on parts availability. I now have almost 200k miles on it and getting ready to drive from GA to CA next week for a month out there with family. You can’t beat this car for the value and reliability. I will keep for another 100k miles and reevaluate at that time.
No nav screen is def superior. If UL came with no screen it would be the most desirable. People deal with the screen because they want the UL but if it was an option, no screen UL would be way more expensive

Why would u recommend that for ? Just a comfort thing or so it doesn’t wear out the motor or something like that ? Genuinely curious

I am a proud owner of a 2004 Sport Suspension package. The ride smoothness is just signature.

Congrats on the purchase bro! what color is it exterior/interior and what trim level?

I just picked up a 03 lexus ls430 with 64k miles. All maintenance records are present. I paid 14k for a private sale. i love it so far!
03 for 14k is crazy work, ain't no way. That's facelift territory, regardless of low miles
What are the color specs?
I paid $10,500 2001 LS430 with 45k miles. I love it so much and the 5 speed is amazing on these. Butter smooth.
45k miles is crazy, you’ll have that thing till the end of time!
Going to look at a 06 with 116k one owner. 5 spoke wheels black on black 4,500.00 not sure on trim level yet.
Let me know what cars you want to see on the channel!
Toyota avalon

All good bro, plenty more to come

Prices in Northern California are much higher. Crazy prices here.
Might have an arbitrage opportunity up there!
what u think about a 2005 black with ERCU interior (ivory seats brown wood) as far as rarity? I have only seen one.

Which accessory packages have the rear view window shade?
