Love watching your videos. I can honestly say I'm starting to fell the same about Fuji. I'm thinking of selling my xh2s and xt3 to switch over to canon r5
@@perhat22photo Ironically I am an XT4 shooter currently borrowing an R5 to test out. I currently don't do much on the video side so I'm not sure if the autofocus would be as fast but would getting an adapter and using EF glass be a suitable alternative to RF no 3rd party glass?
Long time no see. I'm wondering if for food photography for beginners, you recommend a speedlight or portable led lights? Of course, natural light is always good but sometimes an indoor shoot might be the better option. Thanks for all your knowledge.
if its just photography I think a speedlight might be better, its a stronger source, and you can use it directly for harsh light or bounce it off of a wall/ceiling for softer light. you can really do a lot with a speedlight and a cheap reflector. thanks for watching :D
if you struggle much bout AF then just go with other brand. what i see in your video is about image quality and for me its so good. camera is just a tool. happy shooting. 🤟🏾
Yeah I think I will be switching next year. Still like my fujis but the updates making AF worse just makes it less reliable, and I need reliability on client shoots.
I thought your hair was cool, I don't understand how can Fuji be this much behind in AF in 2024. BTW I don't think there are much difference in terms of Image Quality between XT4 and XH2S except Higher possible Dynamic range on XH2s in F-log2, I still favor XT4 because the 1080P is definitely better than XH2S. have you tried the old Fuji 35 mm f1.4, I love the images coming out of that lens too.
Yeah so far the X-T4 has been just a more reliable X-T3 with a less enjoyable screen. Basically what I expected from it. Never tried the 35 1.4 but heard great things about it. I have used the f2 quite a bit tho, and can say I'm always pleasantly surprised by it.
very interesting. keep it up 👌
good content !
Glad you enjoyed it 🙌

thank you! The R5 seems interesting to me as well, but the lack of 3rd party glass for canon, and the prices of 1st party glass just puts me off.

@@jmt342 from my experience with Canon cameras the adapted EF glass works perfectly, but makes the cameras overly bulky which is not ideal.
