- For the very first time in the world , you will watch in this video the goals of the semi final of world cup 58 ( between France of Raymond Kopa and Brazil of Pelé ) colorized with the first hat-trick of Pelé in a world cup.

Football was no different. The coloured film.proves that. The black and white pictures do not give it a much appealing feel. But the coloured has brought the aesthetics of the game out.
That is why people are misled about the Pele era. The modern era is blessed with coloured pictures and tons of cameras to capture every angle of the game.

@@ivano1021 And that's when the quality of football was harsh. Just look how defenders used to tackle and injure players at ease. No worries of getting booked as it was implemented in 1970 WC. Also look at the medical facility, no proper treatments, still players used to give everything. Today's player won't last 10 mins in those era which is a fact and nobody can deny it.
You cannot turn a blind eye on the other thing.

In my opinion, the best two teams in 1970 were Brazil and West Germany with completely different styles. That world cup was also one of the best tournaments in history.

First time I have watched the 1958 World Cup semifinal between France and Brazil in colour and congratulations to those who made it possible.
That semifinal between the French and the Brazilians was marred by the injury to Bob Jonquet but then it does not distract the fact that Brazil were much the better team that day.
This match signalled the arrival of a seventeen years old genius Edson Arantes do Nascimento aka Pele whose hattrick sunked France and enabled Brazil to win 5-2.
But Pele had scored the solitary goal in Brazil's 1-0 win over Wales in the quarterfinals but it was this match with France heralded the arrival of the sensational Pele who would score a brace in Brazil's 5-2 win over Sweden in the final.
I know that seeing this game in colour would be the very frst time for many people . I am happy to share my passion with many people all over the world. I work in many projects for the world cup final of 54 and 58 too.

C était l ère des Garrincha , Pele ,Didi , Kopa , Fontaine , Piantoni .... des joueurs qui jouaient pour un salaire de cacahuètes et que la nouvelle génération méprise d une manière trop injuste a mon sens .
Oui l'ère des géants , des précurseurs du football à l'échelle du club, Pelé , Garrincha stars éternelles de Santos et Botafogo , Kopa premier ballon d'or français, Fontaine une carrière trop courte et pourtant quelle carrière!!
Je me dis aussi qu'en couleur les jeunes générations découvriront ou redécouvriront ses stars du ballon rond pas si vieillots que ça et surtout riche... de l'amour du beau jeu .

Não entendi do porque de algumas imagens da torcida "brasileira" inseridas posterior ao jogo!
Acredito que o jogo e seus astros deveriam ser o enfoque da apresentação. A torcida, como retrato de uma época poderia ficar em segundo plano.
A "colorização" pode aproximar as novas gerações dessas verdadeiras lendas do futebol!
The fan are like the players some actors of the beautifull game, if we see just the goals we will miss something: watch the atmosphère of the game, seeing sadness or joy of the supporters is essential too.

Somente não entendo porque algumas imagens da torcida brasileira foram inseridas bem depois da data original do jogo. Manter as imagens originais é muito correto. Mas, claramente, determinadas imagens da torcida brasileira não são de 1958 e são imagens de estúdio e não do estádio.
