Please don't push el paso.I moved here 2 years ago because California moved in to my home state of az.The state is so bad and expensive now.I don't want that to happen to El paso.A little growth is good but not an invasion.

Don't mean this to sound deragatory but have you seen a spike in crime with all chaos with new push of migrants

@@edwardkeller1372 Absolutely 💯. El paso does not have it as bad as del Rio Texas but I have noticed an increase. And I have only lived here 2 years and can see it.

EXACTLY. These realtors care nothing about the preservation of culture. Places aren't meant to be sold their meant to be lived in. California and NY migration is destroying the United States. The reason why I think El Paso will be okay is because the economy isn't worldwide or multi so most people don't want to move there. El Paso has to fit your lifestyle. It's not like Dallas where there's a million ways to get into the economy and come up. But I'm with you Ms Ortega!

Thanks for all your comments, but let’s be clear about a few things. 1. Nobody is going to make the huge life decision of moving halfway across the country because my video told them to. This is purely informational for people who may already be leaning that way. I’ve also made videos giving information about cities WITHIN California as well. People have moved around for various reasons from one region to another for the entirety of human existence and it’s quite likely that if you live in El Paso it’s because you or someone I’m your family moved there from somewhere else too. So have some empathy for the people that are uprooting their lives to better there situations. No one is trying to ruin El Paso, Phoenix, or any other place. Finally, when discussing culture. I am the last person disrespecting El Paso’s. I actually fell in love with the culture there. I grew up in a similar environment in a small city inCalifornia (yes, Cali ain’t that different from y’all). And furthermore, culture is and always will have been a matching up of ideas, art, cuisine, and lifestyle borrowed from places the migrants came from. Including El Paso. It evolves over time. There’s no way to stop it and quite frankly, it should not be stopped. It’s the way it is…

@@paapproperties6984 Well I disagree with you about people not moving cause of your videos cause they will.I moved to az when I was 5 years old and lived there for 45 years.Saw lots of changes.4 years ago it was a different change. It was as if California kicked out half the population. They came and bragged about how cheap it was which every landlord and management company heard loud and clear.I worked in the apt industry so I know things that were said from owners .Reality company's were slammed. My apt I lived in went from 750 a month in 2016 to 1800 when I left in 2021.400 of that increase would have taken place in nov of 21 if I stayed.I was priced out and so were thousands of people. It was like an invasion .I know there has to be growth but not a takeover to where people have to move out of the state to survive.El paso is a great place and I would hate to see it fall like az has.And az has fallen. Its an ugly place to be and I know I will never go back.

Thanks for the video I’m so undecided where to move. My parents left Wisconsin and moved to Las Cruces. I’ve been debating between dfw or El Paso to be near my parents. This is the hardest decision ever especially moving with 3 children 🤦🏾‍♀️

Move there? It’s El Paso. No Hollywood Bowl summer concerts, no Dodger’s baseball, no beaches, no fresh seafood, no Lakers, no Clippers, no Disney, no …….. Yeah, I guess I won’t be going to stay anytime soon. Maybe when I sell my 1200 sq foot house and buy 10 houses there.
