Yeah nobody magically matures at 18. Anyone over 26 will tell you they could almost feel their frontal lobe finish developing. You suddenly stop giving a shit about stuff you were previously insecure about, you suddenly like things less sweet, you're more assertive etc
The rise of ray tracing and the push for insanely detailed graphics has lead to the death of optimization and I hate it, looking at you black ops 6, no reason a game should be 300 gigs. Ray tracing and DLSS (plus equivalents) are cool and all but should not be selling points, just make fun games and then worry about how it looks, not the other way around 😞
