Primaries are an important part of our current democracy. Just because you like one opponent of Lauren Boebert more than the others, doesn't mean others don't exist. The issue of Drumph's ineligibility under the 14th will have to get to the SCOTUS for adjudication. That will take time in any world, but in the world where the GOP owns and controls the justices they carefully built and installed as their shills, it may never come before the court. SCOTUS does NOT have to take up for review every case brought to it, and we all know how well the most radical GOPers can act deaf, dumb, and blind.
Trump should be in prison awaiting trial like most Americans who committed similar crimes would be.
He just bought a gun and then lied about it. That might be enough for SOMEbody to pop him into a holding cell for the weekend.
During that time, the courts and his lawyers would work out how Drumph's lawyers will review anything Drumph wants to say or post so Drumph's noise will not be illegal and will remain within the appropriate limits applied to anyone else awaiting trial (such as, threaten a prosecutor, go to jail).

I am afraid Americans on the whole are too stupid to have a democracy here. They are way to lazy to keep themselves informed about anything, they only want sound bites to tell them what to think. You can see it in the 70 million Americans that voted for Satan in the Flesh, not caring what kind of person he is, not the crimes he committed, not the evil that his party has done to this country. We had a speaker at one of our graduation speeches at my university who basically spent the whole speech bragging about how he lied, cheated, backstabbed and grifted his way into the money he has now.
