yup - lots of cool lights. BUT they didn't put some small spot lamp for the tray under the forward console. So when dark, I can't see what's in there. Ugh.
I’m starting to research for my first EV and I think it’s down to the EV6 versus the Mustang mach e. it’s really a tough decision right now as to where I’ll put my money down I’m really digging the interior of this Kia
@@stingerBTW I’ve actually now flipped again and decided Tesla model y. For a number of reasons. I test drove one and just loved it. Couple that with the seedless upgrades done remotely, the far better and reliable charging network, the lower pricing Tesla has seen, the federal tax incentive etc and it seemed to be a better fit for me. Also I keep hearing issues Ioniq owners are having with charging etc. so I’m gonna order my Tesla in next few weeks.
Hi just came across your RUclips video on ev6 lighting, I'm considering buying the EV6 GT S line - but a little concerned about the headlights even main beam very poor. Coming from my ev with MATRIX lighting which seem far superior to the ev6, plus not having front fog lights even as optional extra seems strange to me as well.
I was excited to get one of these until I saw they cheaped out on the rear indicators and gave us blinking brake lights instead of the cool amber ones we see in other markets. Just makes me wonder where else they cut corners.
It's too bad kia does so much cost cutting/decontenting for the US Can market. Euro gets adaptive projector lamps, fogs, rear amber signal. That interior accent lighting is almost as bad as a Mercedes. We're not at a disco 😂

good review this sold me on not getting the EV6 because of the lights. I work at night and need good lights from my car to get home
Excellent review 🙌🙌 I agree with you the headlights are very narrow. Could you do a night video on a Tesla Model 3 ?
The one thing I miss from my Seltos are the fog lights. I have a First Edition, love it, but do miss fog lights.

I have never been happy with the performance of my EV6's headlights. I can't stand reflector-based LED lights!
Is it possible to change the light bulbs to some that are more powerful? Anyone tried that?

The problem is there are better headlights than the shown, but for some stupid reason Matrix-Headlights are not allowed in the USA .
