Can vouch that Nylander is a stand up guy. I had the opportunity to meet them when they played in Vancouver in February and unfortunately Tavares was busy chatting and we didn’t want to bother him but Nylander was alone and totally willing to take pictures and was just so nice and down to earth. I love this team so much!
They are slowly making the vids longer! I love it, we need to see more personality stuff!

@@justbleedprod.9414 he was with a GF, he hid behind a pillar as a joke and his gf was looking for him. Nylander and I made eye contact and we chuckled. The GF found him, laughed, held hands and walked off.. I saw alot of NHL players at my old job. Marleau and his wife walked past me, Devan Dubnyk bought a coat. Timothy Lillygren bought a Canada Goose with his agent when he first got drafted. (funny story). Freddy Anderson bought shoes with like 4 other leafs one day.

More of a sidenote to the pigeon reference, because it happened before Nylander was playing for the Leafs, but JVR and Tavares were never teammates. JVR signed as a UFA in Philly the same day Tavares came to Toronto: 1 July 2018.

You know, I grew up in Scarborough, went down town constantly -- never been to High Park.
It's a pretty great park. Close to the lake, has a zoo, lots of play areas and Grenadier pond. The cherry blossoms are always a highlight every year.
Its further on the west side like just east of Etobicoke so if you are from scarbs it might be a little far. Defo worth the trip really great park probably my fave in the whole city.

@@rivahkillah I live up in keswick now, but I'm still downtown a lot. I have avoid the cherry blossoms...my allergies wouldn't like them. Honestly though, I can't wait to eventually get to the park. It was always just Thompson park growing up.
