I guess I’m a young 40 if you know what I mean , never Abused my body with drink, drugs or smoking... been thinking to get into CrossFit! Is it to late at my age or can I Reach a high standard of fitness plus learn to do handstand walks and handstand shoulder presses etc! Thank you for your videos and help!
lol natural the high level is impossible even at 20 year she have a body weight of 58kg (128 lbs) and deadlift a 180kg (400 lbs) ==> = at 225kg (500 lbs) for a men of same body weight same training and genetic and it is only a crossfit not a powerlift i'm training with the n°1 FRENCH AND HE DEADLIFT 300k ONLY but with 100 kg(220lbs) of body AND 100% powerlift ==> she is at 110% therefore A CROSSFIT AT 110% the best french totally powerlift ==> it is normal for information it is = 260 kg for average men of 70-75 kg THE PRO SPORT AND CLEAN IS DEAD
Please be careful with the 90 degrees, so many bodybuilder shoulders have been messed up, which is why most pro’s and sports athletes are at 45/50 degrees. As you extend up you could can move towards 90 and back towards 45 when you come down.

Whenever I hear of women not being allowed in the Special Forces because of strength and fitness, I think of you. I am not of course saying women should be allowed in the SF, because that is only one criteria.
