But if dictator or group of people rules, they wont change and their descissions will affect your children and grandchildren. There wont be ideal type of government unless humans will become ideal. But humans are not gods, they make mistakes and in democracy you atleast can fix them.

I was having a debate with one of my lecturers who claims to be a “I stand with Ukraine” hardliner, but can’t even point Ukraine out on the world map when I called him out in front of the entire class. Hope this video makes him feel better.

I don’t know what is going on in these people’s heads but thank God majority of them support Ukraine. Cuz if you don’t stand with Ukraine, in a couple of years you will be standing with Poland or Germany. I’m from Ukraine and I can’t tell how much international support helps us in the fight against the tyranny

Here’s the scoop with that. I used to go to a private school when I was still in school, so I learned quite a bit. Still, not nearly enough to really be well educated with the world and geopolitical problems though. The people I went to school with didn’t really care but rather just did what they had to in order to pass with flying colors and didn’t really take anything to heart. With public schools, it’s a bit different because US public schools are waaaaay different from the rest of the world. However, I personally think that Americans are this way because America itself has never had a major modern catastrophe event on our home soil with the exception of 9/11 and therefore do not feel that it is necessary to be in touch with the rest of the world purely based upon the principle of blissful ignorance. If something happened on our mainland, people would wake up. In the same token though, people here have become very soft and fragile and lost their touch with the world’s reality.

It's usually easy to spot Russia on map (especially when each country has different color), all you need to do is hear at least once in a childhood that Russia is a biggest country at the time (by territory), so its easy to spot.
