    Dumbest test ever as adhd is way more than just distraction. People with adhd can hyper focus if something is interesting to them etc. Therefore this test won’t help, as these listed symptoms can also be caused by complex trauma, menopause etc. If you have adhd, you have not only the negative but also the positive sides of it…and it’s called neurodivergent and not neurodiverse as every brain is diverse…better get an expert on the topic, thanks.
