- The EnVyUs (nV) vs Splyce, EU vs NA finals, the final call of duty championship BO5 match up at COD XP 2016.
This was an absolutely amazing match up with Splyce making Europe proud making it to the finals but in the end the boys in blue took the win 3-1. CWL season 2 winners envyus lost the first game (hardpoint) with a 100 point lead nV gets caught up and loses to an amazing comeback by Splyce thanks to some great plays by Bance and others.
Envyus takes the early lead in an SnD vs Splyce in map 2 thanks to an ace by John, unfortunately he gets team killed in round two... They take the win with a confident 6-2.
Envy take map 3 vs Splyce which they start off by an 8 point uplink, by the end of the thirst half it's 8-3. In the second half Splyce tries the comeback and for a while it seems like they might make it but they keep failing to set up next and as a result lose 13-10.
The game starts with a stale mate which nV wins getting their first cap, they once again pull a second and end the first half 2-0. Second half starts and EnVyUs gets streaks. 2 minutes in and josh tries to get the return but gets killed by a Cerberus. The potential comeback is over and nV starts dominating again winning map 4-2 thanks to some clutch plays. Unfortunately Splyce falls short but proves to the world that maybe EU isn't that bad after all. The boys in blue do what they couldn't in cod ghosts and black ops 2. Finally winning cod champs.
AND THE MVP TROPHY GOES TO JOHN!! Should've gone to apathy though... (big fan)

They came second in their pool then lost to nV in the winners' bracket then made a good run thorugh the losers bracket before losing to c9 in a close map 11 game 5 snd.

I hate how they think they all that by beating a European team but if optic was there it would be a challenge for NV
optic had already played nV at champs 3-1, so with the performance they had during that tourney I'm not sure it would have been that much more of a challenge

Man I miss the good old bo2 competitive days where the game didn't look like a fucking Nintendo/Star Wars/ halo/ crisis/ mass effect/ infamous/ kind of shit game and actually had a way higher skill gap you see ghost was a good game but time to kill was fast and maps were bad, with aw and bo3 it's just way to shit with supply drops proving that Activision doesn't care about is considering aw sold the least amount of copies but made the most amount of money because of cancerous you tubers encouraging little kids to pay 1000$ of dollars on a gun which you have 0.048% chance of getting the one you want that the game only lasts months it also proves less skill because of specialists and bunny hopping they also didn't make any fan favorite maps on the disc not including Dlc like grid, castle, firing range etc.
Yeah I agree with you, especially with the whole supply drop thing, the reason I made this channel was to expose that shit, my first video was a 45 minute long one going through every reason supply drops are a cancer. I'm not to much of a fan of the way IW is looking but at least there's no sign of supply drops in it yet.

It's been this way since the beginning of the year. I prefer the xb1 but it doesn't really make a difference on LAN.

foxo1 Call of duty has always been a console game due to deals to get early dlc on xbox. That's where the competitive scene grew the most and I guess it just stuck. There was however some cod 4 snd tourneys on pc.

DeMeTriiXx they are using the benq RL2460HT zowie edition monitor If you're looking to buy one I would advise the benq RL2455HM monitor. It's the same thing but has a less good stand.

Well nV had already played elevate in the winners bracket and although it a close game I think a rematch in the grand finals would've been repetitive.

@@gunny7769 It only goes to a 2nd best of 5 if the the team that was in the losers bracket wins the 1st. Then whoever wins the 2nd wins the tournament.
