Actually it's not the game that lags that stops it. Some characters just when they finish a task they do a long animation and it stops only when it finishes it. Like Buzz Lightyear' s 60 min task for example. You have to wait until it finishes in order to tap again. I hope that my explanation is right.
Chests can be hidden in cursed areas. U have to look very carefully. They r tricky to find lol.

For me the glitch happened a few times with prince charming and the jousting quest and other times with other characters but didn't happen all at once for a constant amount of time.
I did have a really strange glitch last night though. I had Maximus and Rapunzul on a quest, and she was riding him. But I also saw her jumping up and down in the same frame like she was trying to catch something. Two Rapunzuls, my daughter said it must be her doppelgänger 😂 Sadly one of them is gone. It really was strange.
I already welcomed Anna. I hope I get the troll knoll. That's the next attraction.
+HoltGames if you don't have WiFi or Internet connection the game will stay as it was from when you had WiFi or a connection until you have it again
It happens to me too, some weeks ago I used the game without connection and from that moment at least once per day I lost short term progress, mostly if I send a character to do something I find it "free" when I log in the next time or it starts the quest the second time, eventhough there's a gap of hours between my accesses.
It's ok Holtgames. That always used to happen to me before I deleted Disney Magic kingdoms
I have all of Minnie's bows for her costume. I am close to finishing her blue fabrics. Her green fabric is hard to collect though. I hope I get them on time.

I'm a bit behind. I'm welcoming Anna right now. My goal is to just get to Elsa and get her before the event ends. If i get her before the event ends i'll be happy.

I'm catching those snowgies. Kind of annoying when I need characters to get me the items and they also have 12 hour quests to do.
I know why because if you powered it off and with time quest it will freeze and when you go back to it it will still have the same minutes or hours
Some of the chest are in the darkness at the back of the kingdom

I know what glitch ur talking about. Last Saturday when I was sending my characters to their missions I had a glitch with Maximus and everytime I pressed to send his missions potions appear it was crazy lol. Don't have that glitch anymore lol. But it was weird.
I'm having the same glitchy problems as you. I will begin to unlock chests and come back later on and the chests aren't even on the pedestals like I never even started unlocking them. and I'll send characters off to do stuff and come back later and they're not doing their quests or whatever I started them on 😑

Joseph Zapata The good news is that Gameloft did say that Minnie's costume is not only available during the Frozen episode. It's like the Halloween costume, I have everything for her now, I just haven't gotten it yet.

hi today i lost all my progress ob the game... I was level 31 and almost had enough stuff to get anna and now I have to start all over again hopefully gameloft will respond on my mail and can fix it
It happens all the time maybe because you didn't log out properly???
The same thing happens to me with the game it just freezes sometimes

When you tap to collect some characters do a animation which makes u not tap

this quest with the snowgies i don't understand, i caught like 8 of them and the quest is still there...
Coline Faux it's going to be there throughout the whole event. You can win snowflakes which is the common token between the frozen characters. I'm just wondering if they will still be around after the event is over
