Directions - Strang Avenue: Take Bruckner Expressway North to New England Expressway exit at Baychester Avenue and follow Baychester to Strang Avenue. Turn left at Strang Avenue and join the line.
Took mine yesterday at this location and it was easy and fast. My instructor wasn’t rude but I could feel she seemed nervous. I completely understand her situation. I am happy to say I passed. You have to wait until 6pm for result but I checked around 5pm lol. Advise, go early like 10am-11am less traffic. If you see a car ahead tell instructor I’m going to go around the car when it’s safe to do so and signal. On stop signs do a complete stop behind the white line. look right and left for pedestrians than move forward a little to see your blind spot for cars if necessary but tell the instructor before doing it. When doing a broken U turn make sure when you do your first turn don’t get too close the the park car or touch the side walk: On turns move slow and smooth don’t go fast. Always check your mirrors and shoulders. Always signal when needed. Don’t pass the stop lights on yellow. Take the test on a car you feel comfortable and practice on. Be confident and relax don’t let you nervousness get the best of you. Good luck 👍! You got this!

I took my road test at strang ave on Thursday, May 20th, and passed and the examiner was pretty nice and chill and I was nervous and to the others taking the road test just have a positive mindset and be confident and good luck of passing your road test !!!!!!

I took my road test here today at this location and passed!!
It’s very easy and quick. I was finished in 10 minutes.
The examiner I had was very laidback. They make you do a 3-point turn right out of your parallel parking.
They give you a card and tell you to go online to view your results after 6:00pm but I checked mine at 4:40pm and they were available. I was super nervous heading to the site but I took my last two driving lessons the day before the road test and three hours before the test so that helped a lot. To anyone viewing this or feeling nervous, remember it’s all in your head and not to jinx yourself. (This was my second attempt. My first attempt was more so my fault because I knew I wasn’t ready and still proceeded with the road test).

Took my test last week..passed. Not a good quality video to show.. plus the location is totally different. Just feel dizzy watching this video.
For those who are taking the test at Strang Ave/ Baychester... please beware.. some of the instructors are rude and upset at the world...specifically a small dude 4’1 height ...he was rude. Also, it’s a lot of two ways , bump as well as stops signs.

Congrats I hate that strange ave location to it's the worst location in the bronx to take your road test the examiners are rude don't make you feel confident nothing.. watch out for examiner 482 she's an monster and want u to fail skinny black lady with an attuide they need to close this location I give this location an 1 star

I did my road test here on Friday the 13th (I know) lol but I passed! Instructor was a little impersonal though but I guess that comes with the job. Test was 10 minutes, seems long but it’s over before you know it.
At least he wasn't mean or rude..
where is the dmv in this area? or do we just wait for a instructor to come to us at the address

Just passed my road test be adviced that this isn’t the exact road but gives a good representation be ready to merge into turning left !
can you give like any info on how was the roads? what they made you do? were the roads tricky?
Yes, be ready to make that left turn ....stop , signal left , then proceed when is safe to do so.
I am a little confused because the reservation email doesn’t give much information. What is the exact address? And what to do when I arrive, is there someone there to check you in? Thank you so much! My test is in a couple of days

Hey my road test for strang is coming up dec should I be worried I failed my first time in new Rochelle my instructor had a whole attitude I ended up turning in the wrong lane I knew I failed but I was also nervous this is my sec time my confidence is shot I hope I pass

Just fail my test there today I really don't know what happened because i was confident there a pass And when i got my results i fail

@@stormeagle5050 Be honest the examiner was okay , And i did everything right She call me out because a did The right turn too fast and i was aware that I figured she will probably give 10 points for that and 5 because i started on very corn under the traffic light and in order of pulling out e turn right right away was another 5 points whats is 15 , everything else was just right but she give 45 points
@@no-brainer-gamer5097 In my case, I didn’t have a good instructor. That was my fault for not looking up an accredited school with good reviews for my lessons, so I was destined to fail. My examiner was chill and even gave me pointers on my mistakes.
