I just got back from Chiang Mai on the day you posted the video. The city has also become a hub for digital nomads. Great place for adventure and beautiful scenic views. I would also recommend going to Chiang Rai which is quite close Chiang Mai.
Thank you! Indeed, a must visit! Love the vibe overall! I did travel to Chiang Rai! I’ll be posting a new video from Chiang Rai today at 3 PM IST! Thanks for watching ❤️😊🙌🏻
I visited Doi suthep when I visited Chiang Mai, extremely beautiful view❤😊 . Chiang Mai night market was also beautiful.now will explore the cafés and the offbeat places. Thanks for your Chiang Mai series.
Your videos have a slow charm , not being seen by many, maybe use more organised information like free places, price of food, visa etc on graphics .you deserve more.
@@TravelwithPrateek I am settled in Blackpool, UK, Chiangmai has been on my bucket list, been to Phuket side ,but Chiangmai has been a digital nomad city for sometime now, seems lovely, enjoy your days.tcr.
If u are travelling from Bangkok, you can take overnight train or bus or even take a flight. Do checkout 12go asia for train, bus, flight itinerary. Avoid between feb- April as its a burning season with lot of air pollution
Hi! We paid close to 600 baht. Chiang mai is relatively cheaper, if you eat the same food in Bangkok it would be close to a 1000 baht. Hope this was helpful! 😊
Hi! I have a Thai driving license and indian as well. But you can drive on international permit. Usually police won’t stop you if follow speed regulations on highway. Its the most important.
@@rlfcynz you have to be a long term resident in Thailand to get it. You can use your international driving permit. You can rent on your indian license
I have visited chiang mai last month and I had the worst travel experience. Of all my travels as an Indian in 13 countries, I found Thailand, especially Chiang Mai, the most racist and disrespectful county
@@TravelwithPrateek it’s the little things man, like sitting in a restaurant for hours and no one coming to get the order, sellers getting offended when I asked the price, being followed in a departmental store by the staff like I am a thief…and much more. Maybe because I was a solo Indian traveler, but that was the first and last visit to Thailand. Bangkok was even worse
@@TravelwithPrateek Bangkok was crazy sh*t. From the moment of entering the hotel to going to places like bars and restaurants (I am not s*x tourist so I didn’t visit the shady areas like nana) it was all so uncomfortable. It would be a 5000 word essay if I were to detail out every aspect of my experience (which I did in Reddit on r/ thailandtourism) But long story short, have you ever felt that people treat you like you don’t exist or you are not wanted ? It’s exactly like that. People say west is racist. My experience in Western Europe and Latin America is poles opposite to SE Asia in general.
you guys give me a lot of ronnie and barty vibes. Loved the video!
This is the best compliment ever! Thanks alot bro! ❤️😊🙏🏻
