  • On this episode we take out Cessna Cardinal across the North Atlantic Ocean to Kulusuk on the east coast of Greenland, and then over the Greenland ice cap to Kangerlussuaq, a former US military base now Greenland's main airport. We enjoy warm Greenlandic hospitality. Go sightseeing the surrounding area, and take a tour to the Ice Cap where we actually get to walk on top of the ice.
In this video series I hope to offer a glimpse into the challenges of preparing and actually flying across the Atlantic ocean, navigating over the remote northern landscapes and vast stretches of water, and experiencing breathtaking views that only a small plane can offer. Join me as I share insights into the planning and execution of this flight, including the joys and challenges faced along the way. Whether you're a seasoned pilot, an aviation enthusiast, or someone who dreams of adventure, this video series offers something for everyone. I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I did.

Safe skies, and see you on the next one!

one place in the top of my list to go to, that will probably never happen 🤣 It seems to me most who have the chance to visit, are single engine pilots, who have no choice but to stop, lucky peoples!

What's the little mirror at the middle of the dash for?

In the 1960s cessna started building airplanes with a rear window. Adding a rear view mirror was a marketing strategy to make the aircraft feel more like a car.
