Here's my day in the lab described without the letter "S". This video was inspired by Mayim Bialik. I saw her "describing my day without the letter "S" challenge. It brought me joy and laughs. I watched it twice, straight through and I think I'm getting abs. So I decided to have a little fun and have a go myself. This took me AGES and I had to cut out (sometimes minutes of) thinking time.
