It’s likely a permission error that prevented it from being placed in the component folder. I’ve added new manual installation methods-re-download the plugin, and you'll find a manual installation guide to follow.

what rhino version ur using?
Rename " clean animation" to "CLEAN" , it worked for me

Looks cool, but I get an error when I try to install on R8 SR12 Win : "Installation failed due to an unexpected error." . Any clue where to look for?

You don't need Live Sync. Just use one of the methods I demonstrated and import it into Unreal Engine as an FBX
is there a rhino 7 version?
Unfortunately, no. I wrote this plugin using Python 3, which isn't available in Rhino 7
