It isn't, there are multiple pre-recorded bits in this. Its basically a pimped version of those launchpad bits where he is just triggering pre-recorded sounds / tracks. There are entire sections where he could not have put either the sound or automation in. He is definitely a great performer, but to me you have to produce it live for it to count as looping.
