All I learnt is that jan is one hell of an actor. Able to make such minute features prominent across the show to allow fans to make plausible theories. It takes a lot of skill to make fictional behaviour and tendencies seem so realistic

But there is SO MUCH extra footage/audio here, like where did Pam’s “Jim and me think Jan had an affair with her assistant Hunter” come from? And Jan berating Michael on speakerphone in the car with “did you eat my grapenuts?!”

It was definitely Hunter. That instability was hormones from the early stages of the pregnancy. Even from a psychological profile, while Jan had a pathological need for control, she seemed to cede control over to Hunter since he seemed like one of the few times in the show she showed genuine affection without the jaw clinching effort you normally see.
I think she knew Hunter was only 17 and she wanted to get caught. I mean, she played the evidence in front of a whole room of people, but then she realized she was pregnant. She couldn’t go back to Hunter and she couldn’t just make up a guy. So she went back to Michael because she knew he would take her back. She made up the sperm donor story and was ok with it until Kevin blew her story apart by being a frequent donor. Her ego almost makes her tell the truth right there. She’d rather go to jail than have people believe Kevin could be the father, even in theory.
